Last Saturday night I was accidentally watching the show “Legend” on Metro TV. The event is hosted Helmy Yahya is currently discussing the maestro David Foster. He has created many song hits. He also helped top singers from various genres of music. Because of this work he won many awards (and money! Hehehe).

On the sidelines of the discussion was playing some of his works. Such as “Goodbye” by Air Supply, Whitney Houston for the soundtrack of “Bodyguard”, Earth Wind & Fire, Madonna, Olivia Newton John. Probably a lot more. But I see now in the middle of the show.

Listening to these songs, I like thrown into junior high, high school and even college. School moments. We have to stay up late to study. Their songs who accompanied me in the silent night.

And now if you stay up to study or write, songs that accompanied the national anthem. If I try to find a radio that is the request, yes still. The song is still played national songs.

I suddenly realized, was the currently I’ve heard a lot of national songs than the West. I got shocked when heard news that “The Saturdays” exploded in the UK. They are considered “Spice Girl” of the present era. I try to hear the songs. Nice. They are beautiful and unique seenergik “Spice Girl”.

Where am I so far?

It was not me wrong. Perhaps now is the era of national songs. I noticed the younger generation today is more like and sing national songs.

Now almost all have TV shows live music. Gig in the open or in the studio surrounded by supporters. Mereke rock lyrics sing follow the idol.

I’m sure they do not know anyone overseas top singers. And I had just got to know singers like Sam Milby neighbor countries. Even the songs are not a big country such as “Beautiful Girl” the Philippines and “Kung Sakali” Japan.

I think if the current generation to create a show legend, who played certain songs are the songs Dewa, Peter Pan, ST12, Regine Velasquez, Regine Velasquez and others. Because so boom national songs, many of the radio to only play the brave national songs. Indonesia 100% track!
